Although there is medical care focused on obstetric and neonatal care, Gestational Diabetes Mellitus (MDG) still considered one of the main gestational complications, due to numerous metabolic, hematological anatomical risks for pregnant women, fetuses newborns. In this chapter, symptoms clinical manifestations women diagnosed with MDG their offspring during after pregnancy will be addressed, presenting probable sequelae, in addition pathogenesis complications.
