ABSTRACT
This paper presents design and simulation of a switchable radiative cooler that exploits phase transition in vanadium dioxide to turn on off response temperature. The consists an emitter solar reflector separated by spacer. the play role emitting energy mid-infrared blocking incoming ultraviolet near-infrared regime, respectively. Because doped at room temperature, radiates its thermal only when temperature is above feasibility cooling simulated using real outdoor conditions. We confirme can keep desired despite change environmental
