Concentration factors of manufacturing companies in the State of Guanajuato: A cluster analysis

ABSTRACT
The geolocation of enterprises is an alternative for the regional development small economies (Alegría et al., 1995). This research aims to group cities State Guanajuato into clusters based on agglomeration factors that manufacturing companies have in common and generate a business profile this context. will be non-experimental, analyzing variables sector such as Companies, Employment, Gross Value Added Census GCVA, transport costs, innovation, wages, daily hours worked, investment gross fixed capital formation, scale, Total Production TGP, schooling population by cities. analysis technique hierarchical cluster using Ward method determine essential Euclidean distance, structuring dendrogram with resulting clusters. results identify three first includes 28 whose stands out scale low level which they access. second 11 medium-high educational are interested accessing innovation. third seven company salaries not competitive. In conclusion, it necessary manage used promote decent environment because family income from improves people's well-being, quality life, economic growth.
