ABSTRACT
Excaptive orangutans were not have a proportional activity budget for their suitable food, so that many individuals been failed to adapt. Assessment daily should excaptive determine successful adaptation independent life. Our reserach conducted on 13 who divided into two groups according behavioral characteristic seven tame and six semiwild. We recorded activities 9-10 days (7.290–8.100 minutes) after released via instantaneous sampling method with sample interval 2 minutes. The results showed group of semiwild spent duration feeding (43%) higher than (28%), whereas resting (55%) (38%). Results analysis significant differences in resting, other among the (n1=70; n2=56) probability value Mann Whitney Test resting: p=0,000 0,05). Semiwild has similar wild natural habitat.
