Tourism in Apuseni Mountains (Romania) – A technical proposal

ABSTRACT
Background: The article presents the results of research on mountain tourism in Apuseni Mountains Romania, especially field safety and health (physical condition) participants expeditions to mountains their knowledge about risks that may be encountered these destinations methods informing threats (proposed markings information hazards mountains, placed hiking trails). Material methods: 45 volunteer young people were involved research. used were: 1) testing method; we monitored evolution heart rate correlated it with geographical area; 2) survey/questionnaire through a questionnaire, subjectively identified potentially hazardous areas reasons why they considered as such; 3) direct observation made correlation between subjective physiological response (accelerated breathing, suffocation, sweating) area which occurred.
