Background: The article presents the results of research on mountain tourism in Apuseni Mountains Romania, especially field safety and health (physical condition) participants expeditions to mountains their knowledge about risks that may be encountered these destinations methods informing threats (proposed markings information hazards mountains, placed hiking trails).
