ABSTRACT
Background: The prevalence of varicose veins small pelvic in women reproductive age varies widely – from 5.4 to 80 %, due the low specificity and sensitivity clinical diagnostic techniques, absence biomarkers that can be used identify formation progression women. Aims: To changes levels parameters system “lipid peroxidation antioxidant protection” with development pelvis women, as well possibility their use. Materials methods: We examined 200 signs pelvis. Control group included 30 without any pathology venous system. Treatment 137 pelvis: mild degree severity 39 moderate 65 severe 33 performed comparative analysis lipid defense taking into account degrees pathological process. Results: obtained most informative indices for processes blood concentration diene conjugate (DC) process, hydroperoxide (LHP), DC malonic dialdehyde (MDA) severity, also activity enzymes increase disease. Assessment level catalase (Cat) glutathione peroxidase (GP) showed highest value at severity. Concentrations reductase (GR), S-transferase (GST) reduced (GSH) are more statistically significant markers forms Conclusions: Our research relevance advisability studying registered DC, Cat GP beginning disease LHP, MDA, GR, GST GSH reference values Cat, SOD considered predictors
