By analyzing the main factors affecting coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, construction regional evaluation system plays an important supporting role in accelerating progress region.Based on overall situation national economic and social region from dimensions science technology, economy, society ecology, paper conducts qualitative screening indicators by using method policy literature review combining two categories "policy orientation" "document reference".On this basis, principal componentcorrelation analysis is used to quantitatively screen region.Then, index for can be determined.This helps evaluate status a comprehensive perspective, makes up shortcomings existing results that are single perspective.
