ABSTRACT
This paper evaluated the impacts of various factors on youngcyclist's intention aberrant crossing behaviors at intersections.Bicycles were classified into conventional bikes and electric (hereinafter referred to as e-bikes).Data collected from 374 participants in Nanjing, China.The hierarchical multiple linear regressionanalysis was conducted estimate factor variablesbased theory planned behavior (TPB).The results showed that three key traditional TPB variables including attitudes, subjective norm, perceived behavioral control (PBC) accounted for 50% all variances two scenarios plus past with 3% variance, conformity tendency scenario anticipated affect 1% variance e-bikes constituting modified model.Three variablesresulted an abundant increase 42% thevariance e-bikes, which is 6% higher than another scenario.The allselected predicting 66% 60% intentions.The findings this study can help come up interventions educations measures based effect analysis intention.
