Because of ineffective management, it appears schedule delay, materials supply not in time, cost overruns, human resource management confusion, security and quality activities carried out disorder during the process wind turbines service projects at this time.The paper designs an advanced project system based on ODPS platform which can be integrated with other systems order to standardize realize scientific information automation, enhance competitiveness enterprises.
