ABSTRACT
Background: Speech delay was one among the most prevalent and often developmental disorders found in children. The use of screen media suspected to be associated with speech delay, especially related time. Urgent study identifying association between time needed younger Objective: This aimed prove 1-2-year-old Methods: is a cross-sectional study, subjected at children aged Denpasar, Bali, Indonesia Primary Health Care working area. Outcome which diagnosed using Capute scales. Results: included 167 subjects average age introduced 9,84 + 4,04 months. were mostly male (55%) 19.2 3.5 Children more than 2 hours per day [OR 6.15 (CI95% 2.84-13.30; p=<0.001)]. Male gender low social economy also [adjusted OR 2.67 5.49 1.72-5.60; p=0.009 2.04-13.93; p=0.001)]. Conclusion: Screen two daily increase risk 6.2 times 1-2-year old. parental education acted as factors for delay.Keywords: critical congenital heart disease, early screening
