Surrogate twin pregnancy and childbirth in uterine didelphys: A report

ABSTRACT
Didelphic uterus is one of the congenital anomalies female genital tract (others include septate, bicornuate and unicornuate uterus). They usually arise when there are abnormalities formation, fusion or resorption mullerian ducts. The significance didelphic in its ability to predispose a pregnant mother increased risk preterm birth, prematurity, abnormal fetal lie presentation, intrauterine growth restriction, operative delivery, low birth weight attendant perinatal morbidity. We present 30-year-old surrogate who had caesarean section on account prelabour rupture membranes.
