ABSTRACT
Technological development and scientific advancement are very important influential parts of all fields. With the technology, being experts in a field is must because it required to know more learn about technology that currently developing. Information informatics needed support performance. Large small companies also need fast accurate information make easier decisions making. Therefore, data mining classification techniques solve these problems. The used Decision tree technique widely produces output with existing rules so can present employee determine overtime schedule. This study uses C4.5 algorithm test results schedule Confusion matrix have good accuracy, precision, recall values, namely 91% 86.05% 92.5% recall.
