ABSTRACT
PT. San Esha Arthamas is a company engaged in the sale of housing. In marketing its products other than social media, uses housing catalog form book. However, with this method, people feel confused and less interested knowing looking at offered. To assist marketing, product to be attractive, augmented reality (AR) technology was developed as medium. AR that can combine real virtual objects 3D realtime. This research produces an application display types houses perform marker scans by pointing smartphone camera catologist book from various angles including: top, left right side back. addition, users see interior, exterior, zoom in, out rotate. Based on questionnaire, it shows has impact helping results 93% respondents said they agree. Overall, based beta testing, average value 88%, when converted included Good category.
