ABSTRACT
Green synthesis of multifunctional magnesium oxide nanoparticles (NPs) were prepared by low temperature solution combustion route employing Aloe vera leaves extract as a fuel. The vera leaf extracts acts fuel in the preparation MgO nanoparticles. obtained NPs further characterized various techniques such PXRD, SEM, TEM and UV-visible spectroscopic studies. surface morphologies samples studied with help scanning electron microscopy (SEM). PXRD pattern confirmed cubic (halite) structure product. particle size was calculated means profile it found to be range 20-25 nm using Debye-Scherrer relation. SEM images indicated formation shaped NPs. exhibited prominent green emission due presence intrinsic defect centers. Also, results that optical band gap is 4.46 eV.
