ABSTRACT
For electric vehicles (EVs), it is necessary to improve endurance mileage by improving the efficiency. There exists a trend towards increasing system voltage and switching frequency, contributing charging speed power density. However, this poses significant challenges for high-voltage high-frequency motor controllers, which are plagued increased losses pronounced oscillations as consequences of hard switching. The deployment soft technology presents viable solution mitigate these issues. This paper reviews applications technologies three-phase inverters classifies them based on distinct characteristics. each type inverter, advantages disadvantages evaluated. Then, introduces research progress control methods (SSIs). Moreover, comparative analysis among conventional (HSIs), an active clamping resonant DC link inverter (ACRDCLI) auxiliary commuted pole (ARCPI). Finally, problems prospects applied controllers EVs put forward.
