ABSTRACT
Serum amylase levels and clearance were investigated in patients with uremia without pancreatitis normal serum concentrations of urea nitrogen creatinine. The was markedly reduced severely impaired renal function, the values significantly increased due to decreased excretion enzyme. increases not as high pancreatitis. There a large spread obtained, there no correlation between level degree uremia.
