ABSTRACT
Experimental fibular defects in 16 rats were filled with an acid decalcified homogenous bone matrix (bone inductive material). Autogenous grafts corresponding the other legs of same served as controls. After 3 months, 11 material healed bony union, but only 4 treated autogenous had healed. The results suggest that can repair are too large to be by grafts.
