ABSTRACT
We propose a conceptual framework that integrates awareness into Relational Quantum Dynamics (RQD) by reinterpreting quantum interactions as intrinsic acts of awareness. Drawing on insights from physics, idealist philosophies, and information theory, our posits consciousness is the fundamental substrate being, with emerging through relational updating between interacting systems. operationalize realization event-quantified measures such mutual integrated metric (Φ) Integrated Information Theory (IIT). Employing tools category we map physical processes, states interactions, to corresponding processes via functorial relationships, thereby casting measurement updates events.
