ABSTRACT
Creativity is usually conceived as generating ideas or problem solutions that are both novel and potentially useful. In particular, if new teams formed, e.g., in a company, they would benefit (a) each team member can apply many of his/her strengths possible the company (b) members cooperate combine their possible. Discovering such human resource potential crucial creative task. Several neuroimaging studies have demonstrated divergent thinking associated with higher functional connectivity between different brain regions. However, psychological methods to improve awareness regulation neurocognitive processes involved creativity (i.e., metacognition creativity) thereby boost connections remain elusive.Based on neuropsychological findings from research, we propose metacognitive training for promoting called intra- interindividual analysis (IICA).In role-play, participants were divided into two groups. Each group was tasked finding out how beneficially (for example, psychiatric clinic). The fluency originality measured dependent variables creativity. experimental group, proposed (IICA) method carried out, while control supposed solve task using common brainstorming method. results show IICA led significantly rates than group. These data suggest be promising promote cooperation potential. Future should validate effect this further companies investigate neurobiological foundations our approach neurophysiological computational modeling.
