ABSTRACT
Cellulose is one of the most abundant polymers on earth. It present in huge amount various wastes agricultural produce. Cellulase enzyme can be produced by using these wastes. has been a wide range microbial flora such as fungi and bacteria. Production conditions for production cellulase enzymes optimized factor variable at time approach. Various carbon source, nitrogen pH, temperature, incubation temperature inoculum size have to maximum production. This review describes wastes, which are reported literature till now. In this, we mentioned species, able produce under optimum conditions. this also discusses comparative submerged solid-state fermentation. today’s world, due role industrial commercial market makes them more popular focus research towards their cheap substrates. These substrates available annually environmentally friendly use. The above-mentioned methods very useful reducing disposal problem agro-wastes. efficiently consumed potential strain like microbes, plants, etc. enzyme. By review, trying explore potent source both terms increased productivity well quality.
