ABSTRACT
Aims: To see the maximum sensory level in supine and prone position after subarachnoid block patients undergoing Minipercutaneous Nephrolithotomy with two different volumes of local anaesthetic. Methods: Prospective randomized comparative study 500 for finding out extensiveness spread spinal anaesthesia using anaesthetic before keeping position. Patients were divided into groups: Group A (three ml hyperbaric Bupivacaine) B (four consisted 250 each. Spinal was performed sitting Sensory hemodynamic measurements carried at time points while on Results: attaining T4 five minutes significantly higher than (p=0.001). After 10-15 block, greater number reached being those difference statistically significant (p=0.000). reaching found to be group (p=0.063). Decrease heart rate blood pressure from baseline value during (p<0.05). Conclusion: Prone positioning extends (T4) when three solution is used.
