ABSTRACT
Background & Objectives: In this modern age, the preferred course of treatment for gallstone disease symptoms is laparoscopic cholecystectomy. For securing both cystic duct and artery with a single ligation (SLAD), quicker safe procedure. The study was aimed to determine status clipless cholecystectomy in tertiary care hospital Nepal. Materials Methods: A total 205 patients gallstone, who underwent at center Nepal age group 16 - 70 years were included. During procedure tied ligation. Data subjected Microsoft excel analysis. Results: Laparoscopic performed gallstone. Average 31.54 yrs. There female predominance study. ligature using nonabsorbable Silk 2-0. mean time taken 120.78 ± 26.92seconds. Bile leakage intra-op bleeding found two without any mortality. Conclusion: cholecystectomy, viable secure alternate technique use non-absorbable thread. Even though it common procedure, has an additional benefit over clips when dealing thick, edematous complexes. It lowers threat surgical morbidity does not increase intra operative time.
