ABSTRACT
Introduction: Post dural puncture headache occurs as the cerebrospinal fluid leaks out from breach that needle has made in dura. The incidence of Dural Puncture Headache (PDPH) is a common complication after spinal anesthesia. objective our study to find PDPH patients undergoing surgery under anesthesia Dhulikhel Hospital. Methods: 120 who underwent were selected for study. Questionnaire was used assess post 24 hours surgery. Headache, if present frontal or occipital areas which increased when sitting situational movement and relieves by lying flat position considered PDPH. Results: observed 25% patients. 30% 70% male female respectively. It 2.33 times more age group 18-30- years than 31-45 years. Conclusions: high 18-30 bevel transverse fibers.
