ABSTRACT
The future health of individuals depends on the well being children today. Proper nutrition for is very important. most commonly used index obesity and over weight Body Mass Index. growth should be monitored using Index (BMI) risk factors assessed through a dietary physical activity history. increase in attributed to increased carbohydrate consumption among children. Obesity caries are both diet-based conditions that share cause is, excessive ingestion fermentable carbohydrates.This study was undertaken determine association nutritional status with dental 8 12 year old Udaipur city.The present conducted random sample 1000 boys girls, aged 8-12 years. were selected from schools located City, Rajasthan. examined government private sector city. city taken male, female age group ratio as per distribution population. A proforma record children's age, gender, school, year, height, weight, parental income status. Statistical analysis done Package Social Science (SPSS Version 15; Chicago Inc., USA).It found free more normal 134 (13.4 %) subjects where only 11 (1.1 obese free.Study shows BMI had their primary teeth, permanent than overweight
