Right ovarian Endodermal sinus tumor and left ovarian Gonadoblastoma in a young female of Turner’s syndrome: a case report.

ABSTRACT
Gonadal dysgenesis includes variety of clinical condition due to abnormalities sex chromosomes. The most frequent this is Turner’s syndrome, affecting 1 in every 2000 2500 live births. Gonadoblastoma a benign lesion mostly detected individuals with dysgenetic gonads Y chromosome and has potential for malignant transformation; or may be associated germ cell tumors, commonly dysgerminoma occasionally immature teratoma, endodermal sinus tumor, embryonal carcinoma, choriocarcinoma. We report 22-year-old girl primary amenorrhea physical stigmas syndrome presented huge abdominopelvic mass abdominal pain. She underwent laparotomy TAH BSO appendectomy omentectomy resection portion terminal ileum ileoileal anastomosis sigmoid colon colorectal right pelvic lymph node dissection. Patient had anastomotic site leak sepsis multi organ dysfunction could not revived. Final histopathology was consistent tumor ovary gonadoblastoma left ovary. Her karyotype analysis revealed 45, X0. Endodermal highly gem poor prognosis. very rare challenging the management.
