Contribution of Sectoral Credit on the Economic Growth of Nepal

ABSTRACT
This research paper investigates the contribution of sectoral credit to economic growth Nepal. Utilizing a dataset covering quarterly time series data from Fiscal Year 2010/11 quarter 1 2022/23 2, study employs an empirical approach examine relationship between allocation and gross domestic product (GDP). The analysis focuses on three key sectors: agriculture, service, industry. results indicate significant findings in both long run short run. In run, agricultural sector exhibits negative impact GDP, while service shows positive effect. However, industrial is inconclusive. positively influences GDP after certain lag, has immediate impact.
