ABSTRACT
Abstract The voids in fibers, especially wet spun fibers are a major factor of fiber structure which greatly affects the properties. A lot research has shown that inner and surface imperfections were main causes strength decreases. Therefore it is very important to determine void morphology development processing order obtain high quality as-spun fiber. In this paper we introduce new method for determination using small angle x-ray scattering with spline function average size, size distribution related power as well obtained.
