Abstract WC-Co cermet powders were deposited on aluminum substrates by cold gas spraying. XRD tests run the powder and coatings to reveal possible phase changes during Bonding strength, abrasive wear resistance, corrosion resistance also measured are compared with values obtained from HVOF sprayed coatings.
