What kind of dilemmas do practitioners experience, helping migrant women who are victims of domestic violence?

본 연구는 가정폭력 피해 이주여성을 돕는 실천가들이 실천 과정에서 경험하는 딜레마의 양상과 이에 대한 실천가의 대응과 노력을 탐색하는 데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 이주여성 지원기관의 실천가 6명을 대상으로 FGI를 실시하였다. 분석 결과 실천가들은 개입의 대상 및 범위와 관련한 딜레마, 클라이언트의 자기결정 안전 문제와 문화적 차이로 인한 딜레마 등 3가지 범주의 딜레마를 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 딜레마에 대해 대응하기 개입 대상과 범위의 확장, 안전에 최우선 고려, 다양성에 존중 시도하고 있었다. 연구 결과를 바탕으로 실천가들을 지원하기 위한 실천적, 정책적 제언을 제시하였다.The purpose of this study was to examine what kind dilemmas practitioners experience, who support migrant women are victims domestic violence, and efforts being made respond these dilemmas. To objectives, FGI conducted on six from counseling centers shelters supporting affected by violence.
