ABSTRACT
Nanoparticles (NPs) are released directly or indirectly into nature with increased production and consumption, their effects on insects, which occupy a large place in the ecosystem, of interest. There is also interest potentially toxic NPs applied to hive pests parasitoids, honey bees, host-parasitoid relationships. The influence aluminum oxide (Al2O3) biological features pest Galleria mellonella, total counts hemocyte, hemocyte types; as well endoparasitoid Pimpla turionellae were investigated. data obtained revealed that Al2O3 caused decrease larval, pupal, adult development time G. mellonella. immature developmental P. was reduced. It demonstrated decreased hemocytes mellonella larvae; granulocyte, spherulocyte, oenocytoid, prohemocyte at all NP concentrations, while plasmatocyte increased. showed affected properties model organism its turionellae. In addition, suppressive effect cellular immune system responses, decreasing counts. Our study results suggest honeycomb pests, parasitoids may be negatively by NPs, have recent years environmental pollutants, insecticidal effects.
