The aim is to study the trends in gastric cancer (GC) mortality Kazakhstan.Data on those who died from GC and annual population were obtained Bureau of National Statistics Agency for Strategic Planning Reforms Republic Kazakhstan. A retrospective was carried out period 2009-2018 using descriptive analytical methods oncoepidemiology. extensive, crude age-specific rates are determined according generally accepted methodology used sanitary statistics.GC Kazakhstan considered be decreasing. It that during studied 19,672 this cancer. mean death 67.8 with 95% CI 67.6 68.0. highest per 100,000 entire found age groups 75-79 years (145.9±24.1), 80-84 (161.0±11.0), 85+ (116.5±16.4). Trends age-related had a pronounced tendency increase 70-74 (T=+4.3%, R2=0.1924) decrease up 30 (T=-8.7%, R2=0.2426). average standardized rate 13.2 100,000, tended (T=-5.8%; R2=0.9763). In all regions, there mortality, except city Astana. During categorization basis indicators: low - 12.9, 12.9 15.1, high above 15.1 population.The tend decrease, while downward degree their approximation expressed almost regions. regional has theoretical practical significance monitoring evaluating effectiveness early detection treatment. Health authorities should take into account results when organizing antitumor measures.
