ABSTRACT
Croton tiglium L. seeds were studied against colon cancer induced chemically in rats after incorporating silver nanoparticles (Ag-NPs) but the body has no ability to discrete or ions. Therefore, present study was designed reveal biological activities of different C. extracts incorporated with zinc oxide (ZnO-NPs).It found that provided high contents total protein (27.43 g/100g), carbohydrate (18.29 g/100 g) and lipid (46.31 g). The chromatographic techniques revealed concentrations predominant compounds increased all (ethanolic, aqueous petroleum ether) ZnO-NPs. vitro showed extract possessed highest antioxidant scavenging activities. It exhibited inhibitory effect on α-amylase (41.89%) acetyl cholinesterase (AChE) (23.00%) addition its higher anti-arthritic activity. All cytotoxic activity ZnO-NPs human carcinoma (CACO-2) cells. this selected for undergoing further studies CACO-2 arrested growth cells at G2/M percentage apoptotic necrosis. median lethal dose (LD50) safer than native extracts. The most active consequently promising
