ABSTRACT
BACKGROUND:Multiple sclerosis (MS) is an autoimmune disease of human central nervous system (CNS). OX40 (CD134) a member the tumor necrosis factor (TNF) receptor family. Ligation crucial for clonal expansion antigen-specific T-cells as well survival and generation T-cell m emory. Soluble soluble form it has been demonstrated that correlated with some disorders. OBJECTIVES:The purpose this study was to investigate serum levels gene expression paraclinical marker in MS patients compared healthy control group. METHODS:In research, 40 new cases people group were investigated. After extracting RNA from peripheral blood cDNA synthesis, we examined using real-time PCR technique, level measured by commercially available ELISA kit. Additionally, Mann-Whitney test used compare between two groups. RESULTS:We did not find any significant correlation (p = 0.715). significantly different (P 0.409). CONCLUSIONS:According results current study, inflammatory also could be considered markers disease.
