ABSTRACT
This research is aimed to investigate the impact of talent management on job satisfaction among employees a travel agency in Malaysia. The five independent variables are coaching/mentoring, training and development, performance system, succession planning rewards recognitions. dependent variable satisfaction. A total sample 139 respondents were used collect data through questionnaire with 33 items measured using 5-point Likert scale. Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) determine good fit proposed model. Pearson Correlation was relationship between regression analysis method test hypothesis. results showed that management, coaching/mentoring development has positive significant satisfaction, while planning, recognition had but insignificant impact. It highly recommended company strengthen their strategies increase employee When enhancing, it will retention.
