ABSTRACT
There has been an increase in the adoption of mobile payment systems worldwide past few years. However, poor Internet connection rural regions continues to be obstacle widespread use such technologies. On top that, there are significant problems with currently available offline wallets; for instance, payee cannot verify number coins received without access Internet. Additionally, it demonstrated that some existing susceptible false token generation, and do not even permit user divide into smaller portions used as change. This paper proposes a blockchain-based wallet system provides secure service if reliable connection. Our approach relies on Bluetooth digital signatures establish build trust between parties. The proposed solution overcomes main limitations transactions, generation fake tokens indivisibility tokens. buys Offline Tokens (OTs) from server called Token Manager (OTM) them later perform transactions. Each device must store single, signed transaction prevent other hand, all transactions will kept history particular local database. Finally, when receiver becomes online, send convert request OTM change value OTs appropriate amount real coins. step requires To evaluate effectiveness system, Solidity programming language was develop smart contract Ethereum blockchain backend application interface (API) android application. method advantage over prominent wallets.
