ABSTRACT
In this study, a novel absorpent (MSAR600°C) with hydrophobic surface and hierarchical porous structure for the removal of kitchen oil was facilely fabricated from macroalgae, laver (<i>Porphyra haitanensis</i>) by incorporating high-temperature carbonization alkyl polyglucosides (APG) rhamnolipid (RL) surfactants modification. The characterization results showed MSAR600°C possessed louts-leaf-like papillae microstructure high contact angle (137.5°), abundant specific area (23.4 m2/g), various oxygen-containing functional groups (-OH, C=O, C-O). Batch adsorption experiments were conducted to investigate effect time, temperature, pH, absorbent dose on performance. Then practical application using also performed. that had higher efficiency (75.98%), compared commercial detergent (72.3%). This study demonstrates an example fabricating green tableware enhanced performance oil.
