ABSTRACT
Soybean (Glycine max (Linn.) Merr.) annual leguminous crop is cultivated all over the world. The occurrence of diseases has a great impact on yield and quality soybean. In this study, based RNA-seq soybean variety M18, complete CDS (Coding sequence) GmPR1L pathogenesis-related protein 1 family was obtained, which ability to resist fungal diseases. overexpression vector interference expression were transferred into tobacco NC89, resistance transgenic (Nicotiana tabacum L.) Botrytis cinerea infection identified. results show that: Compared with control, activities related defense enzymes SOD (Superoxide dismutase), POD (Peroxidase), PAL (L-phenylalanine ammonia-lyase) PPO (Polyphenol oxidase) in over-expressed OEA1 OEA2 increased different degrees, significantly at time points. interfering strains IEA1 IEA2 lower than those control strains. level identification showed that disease spot rate line, line. plaque line IEA1-IEA2 higher It preliminarily believed process can improve B. cinerea.
