ABSTRACT
COVID-19 has provided a solid basis for the diversification of healthcare delivery by incorporating medical technologies into healthcare, especially in developing countries. However, knowledge on predictors actual use behavior post-COVID-19 remains scarce. This study, therefore, seeks to provide an overview determinants (AUB) devices among Kenyans using extended Uni?ed Theory Acceptance and Use Technology (UTAUT2) model. Data were collected from people Kenya structured questionnaires. Two hundred twelve (212) responses used analysis applying Partial Least Squares based Structural Equation Modeling. The results showed signi?cant positive relationship between FC AUB (p < 0.000). Other such as social in?uence, effort expectancy, resistance change also found signi?cantly impact post-COVID-19. Although technology anxiety was not significant this it had negative impact, influencing devices. Based ?ndings stakeholders need create necessary conditions facilitate adoption devices, will boost utilization which help improve quality life
