Results: 83 clinically diagnosed were included. According 2019, only 41 (49.39%) would be classified picked up 57 (68.67%) The modified we proposed, identified 67 (80.72%) 63 (75.90%) criteria, interpreted liberally by us, have better agreement sensitivity 87.3% specificity 40%, 'k' 29.3%. Conclusion: standard Tool is stringent may sometimes miss diagnosis. original table should brought back modifications.
