ABSTRACT
The ingestion of foreign bodies, either accidentally or intentionally, is a common complaint in the emergency department. Most patients may present with symptoms upper airway obstruction if ingested into trachea, while others abdominal pain due to gastrointestinal obstruction. Although relatively uncommon, some be completely asymptomatic and complain complications ingestion. In rare instances, body migrate get encapsulated within other organs such as spleen, lung, liver. This case follows 74-year-old male complaining computed tomography (CT) finding showing fish bone spleen.
