ABSTRACT
Due to the shortage of natural raw materials, many practitioners proposed make concrete from desalinated sea sand. To reduce risk abuse uncleaned sand, we a new rapid test bar detect chloride ions in fresh quantitatively. The bars were prepared by mixing silver chromate with cotton fiber. By virtue high liquid-absorbent capacity fiber, chloride-contained liquid will rapidly enter into and react finally show certain coloring height, which corresponds actual content. In order optimize preparation process, color rendering, testing time stability rods under different ratios conditions investigated. relationship between height content was established, an auxiliary card is for user-friendly calculation results showed that best performance obtained following conditions: mass concentration 5.0g/L, soaking 1 min, drying temperature 50℃ discolored silica gel 0.5g/ root.
