Exact matching conducted adjust comorbidities cohorts. Cox proportional hazard regression models performed controlling for latent confounding factors, adjusted ratios (HRs) 95% confidence intervals (CIs) incidence obtained. In matched cohort, group associated significantly reduced risk multivariable group. decreased who underwent less than 2 years (HR=0.824; CI, 0.682-0.995; p=0.0440) those using over (HR=0.796; 0.678-0.934; p=0.0051), controls.Medical castrations results lower diagnosed no ADT. These findings suggest that testosterone may be involved pathogenesis NTG.
