ABSTRACT
The purpose of this work was to study the characteristics behavioural disorders (non-cognitive or neuropsychiatric symptoms) presented by subjects with Alzheimer's disease from a sample population together their relation cognitive and functional impairment suffered these patients.NEDICES is longitudinal populational based on census neurological diseases in above age 64. In 2001, conducted situation 83 who had started suffering between 1994 1997. Due death number other reasons, only 32 them could be examined. Apathy most frequent (93.8%), followed irritability (81.1%), anxiety (75.0%), dysphoria (71.8%) agitation-aggressiveness (56.2%). least deliria (50.2%), altered nocturnal behaviour aberrant motor activity (37.6%), appetite eating, hallucinations (24.9%), disinhibition (21.8%) euphoria (21.6%). degree symptoms exerted similar independent effect capacity.
