ABSTRACT
In 2010, based on the superconducting heavy-ion synchrotron Nuclotron, a new accelerating complex NICA (Nuclotron-based Ion Collider fAcility) started to be constructed at Laboratory of High Energy Physics Joint Institute for Nuclear Research, its key facility being 1.0 - 4.5 GeV per nucleon heavy ion collider. For purpose effectively collecting statistics, an average collider luminosity cms is required. With this energy, cooling beam both in process storage and during experiment mandatory ensure required parameters. paper, possible regime stochastic examined.
