ABSTRACT
Phytophthora infestans causing late blight is one of the most devastating tomato and potato disease that caused considerable yield losses globally including Pakistan. Due to repeated injudicious synthetic fungicides applications for control potato, fungicide resistance in P. led persistence surveillance potato. The study was carried out evaluate efficacy Garlic (Allium sativum), Neem (Azadirachta indica), Turmeric (Curcuma longa), Mint (Mentha) at 10%, 20% 30% concentration as bio-fungicides against In-vitro effect plant extracts A. sativum, indica, C. longa Mentha were evaluated on percent inhibition radial growth pathogen. sativum indica found more effective minimizing mycelial with 58.4% 43.9% respectively compared control. In greenhouse trial, overall incidence minimum 5.81% where extract used followed by resulted 8.45% 61.18%. Furthermore, aqueous highly 15.4% severity, 54.13% coverage. Application a promising measure Study provides environmentally benign mileage organic vegetable production hazardous agro-chemicals.
