ABSTRACT
Bacterial leaf spot caused by Xanthomonas campestris pv. vesicatoria (Xcv) is one of the most devastating diseases, causing serious losses in chilli crop yield. The extensive usage chemicals has increased toxicity environment. Nanotechnology products are indeed being developed as a promising approach for plant disease control with minimal impact on In present research, antibacterial activity green synthesized nanoparticles (Silver and Zinc nanoparticles) was investigated against Xcv. Different concentrations (0.25, 0.6 0.75%) (AgNPs ZnNPs) along their combination were evaluated under lab conditions Xcv Complete Randomized Design (CRD). Results showed that both (AgNPs+ZnNPs) gave best results expressed maximum inhibition zone (25.207 mm), followed solo applications AgNPs ZnNPs (18.458 12.253 mm). Whereas, interaction treatment concentration (28.459 mm) at 0.75% compared to other treatments. (0.75%) which bacteria used bacterial field conditions. experiment conducted Completely Block (RCBD) where AgNPs+ZnNPs minimum incidence (21.92%) treatments (26.999 35.320%)
