ABSTRACT
As an inorganic small molecule pollutant, the toxicity and potential carcinogenicity of hydrazine (N2H4) are increasing concern. In this work, A water-soluble fluorescent probe (OCYB) based on intramolecular charge transfer (ICT) mechanism for detection was designed synthesized. Taking advantage 4-bromobutyryl as recognition group, high selectivity OCYB to N2H4 confirmed by steady-state fluorescence spectroscopy. The limit (LOD) calculated be 78 nM in DMSO-HEPES (pH 7.4) system. verified NMR, HRMS density functional theory (DFT) calculations. addition, exhibits strong anti-interference ability "Off-On" enhancement effect. Importantly, can used effectively monitor distribution environmental water samples organisms.
