ABSTRACT
This paper presents the design and prototype of a constant volume (isochoric) vessel that can be used for preservation large organs in supercooled state. is preliminary version more advanced design. The device consists cooling bath operated by mechanical vapor compression refrigeration unit an isochoric chamber made stainless steel. using supercooling technology requires continuous temperature pressure monitoring. While was initially designed pig liver experiments, its innovative capabilities suggest potential applications preserving other as well. reactor may to accommodate variety organ types, opening door further research into multi-organ capabilities. All details are presented this study with purpose encouraging researchers field build their own devices, improve We chose method avoid ice formation.
