ABSTRACT
Sub-fertility is one of the most common problems observed in crossbred males, but etiology remains unknown cases. Although proteomic differences spermatozoa and seminal plasma between breeds have been investigated, possible at sperm precursor cells supporting/nourishing not studied. The present study reports differential profile spermatogenic Sertoli purebred bulls. Testis was removed by unilateral castration 12 peri-pubertal bulls (10 months age), four each from (Holstein Friesian × Tharparkar), exotic [Holstein (HF)] indigenous [Tharparkar (TP)] Spermatogenic were isolated subjected to analysis. Protein extracts breed analyzed with 2-dimensional difference gel electrophoresis (2D-DIGE) Decyder™ software. Compared HF, 26 protein spots over expressed 14 under Similarly, 7 15 TP compared that Out selected identified through mass spectrometry, Phosphatidyl ethanolamine binding found be protein, gamma actin HF bulls, whereas Speedy Protein-A It may concluded certain level exist nourishing breeds, which might associated fertility among these breeds.
