ABSTRACT
The human endometrium is the innermost mucosal membrane of uterus and first point contact for an implanting blastocyst. A wide variety immune cells are found amongst endometrial epithelial layers stromal which both provide host responses against pathogens also assist with placentation pregnancy establishment, however, B have not been characterized, despite being a vital player in adaptive immunity. Through analysis mid-luteal biopsies, we find 1–5% cells, majority were naïve or memory few plasma cells. Compared circulating had activated phenotype, increased expression CD69, HLA-DR, CD74, CD83, IL-10 production capacities. PD1 + CXCR5 ICOS T follicular helper-like FAS IgD – BCL6 germinal center present endometrium, may indicate that playing active role through reactions environment.
